Ministry Support
ALIGN staff bring varied areas of specialized expertise in a mentor coaching format. Below are some of the ways that ALIGN has come alongside other ministries in the past. Each opportunity is unique and individualized. At this time, due to limited time and energy, we prioritize established ALIGN coaching relationships first.
Strategic Planning
With individuals or teams, a mentor coach helps you explore your organizational goals. Explore options - including ones that are outside of the box, and reflect on any opportunities that might exist around an obstacle. We also explore the messages that God is wanting to speak through your organization, and take steps to move as God leads you.
Prayer & Encouragement
ALIGN is committed to praying daily for each ministry we serve. Personally, we know the power of prayer & the blessing of encouragement. We want to actively listen to you, and hear God's story in you. We have an expectation that God is at work in and through each of us. We want to join Him in His work.
Assessment Tools
Organizational and Administrative Development is a strength of ALIGN. We help assess infrastructure awareness and the development of ministry communication and administration.
Field Visits & Observations
Nothing beats seeing you in the center of your ministry. Field visits are a passion at ALIGN. Hands on observation and interaction are priceless in helping you reflect. Visits also allow for ALIGN staff to mentor coach in areas that might be a specialty, as well as rolling up our sleeves to help out - often in unexpected ways.
