Life-long ministry can be intense. Lots of things can distract us from keeping an eternal perspective. The heart of ALIGN is to invest for the long-term - which is eternity with God. It is our desire to coach, mentor, and encourage ministry leaders through prayer, listening, curiosity, and accountability with expectation of what God is doing in and through you - so together we impact others for eternity with Jesus.

Our Roles: Serving TogetherServing God has been our lifetime passion. We want others to know Jesus, and live out his calling for them. We don't want to quit, yet aging is slowing us down. With reduced stamina our role is switching from upfront to behind the scenes. Embracing this role, we want to be your cheerleader through Christian coaching, mentoring, & ministry support. In helping you - you also help us fulfill our calling. We serve God together.

Who is ALIGN?
We are a husband and wife team that have served in full-time ministry and tent-making for 40+ years. We seek to trust God; actively show Christ to others; and intentionally pursue God's calling for us - individually and as a couple. We have worn lots of hats: administrative, pastoral, financial, missions, students, women, and children. We have a wide range of ministry experience with non-profits, education, and business, both in the USA and internationally. We have taught English to international students. We have been trained in ministry, missions, ESL, and Christian coaching. We write manuals, articles, and now - a blog and a book. We have battled chronic illness, cancer, care-giving for parents, and - aging is now creeping up on us. While we could retire, we don't want to. Stamina is fading, but passion is not. We want to keep investing for eternity. We want to come alongside and support others. We want many to come into the Kingdom, and we want to finish well. Helping you with your calling, helps us with ours.
